- Service: I arrived at 2:30 and a lady was very kind at all times, she asked me if I was going to eat in the place (since the space is small but elegant as I like it) she also asked me if I needed something .. Very kind lady.

-Hygiene: I like that they take care of the details of cleaning sauce containers, ketchups, tables and everything with disinfectants. Although here I would suggest that they also offer us antibacterial gel since it is something that he evaluated a lot

-Higiene: Me agrado que tengan cuidado en los detalles de limpiar los recipientes de salsas, ketchups,las mesas y todo con desinfectantes. Aunque aquí sugeriría que tambien nos ofrecieran gel antibacterial ya que si es algo que evaluó mucho

-Tiempo de entrega fisica: Fue rapido y comodo al esperar. Algo que cabe resaltar es que el local es pequeño y esta bien ventilado. De hecho tienen una norma en donde si NO comerás dentro del local tendras que esperar afuera.. Es comprensible por el espacio .

Cosas Negativas: Lamentablemente detecte deficiencias y cosas que disminuyeron varios puntos en mi evaluación critica.

-Los precios en las pizzas son exageradamente ALTOS: Ya que encuentro irregularidades en tamaño- precio... Se compensa con la calidad de las pizzas pero pienso que deberian de ser al menos un 10% mas baratas.

- No me agradó que no te permitan llevar bebidas externas al local de hecho tienen ávisos donde mencionan que sancionan con $30 pesos si decides llevar una bebida externa lo cual es una EXAGERACIÓN y error ya que están privatizando y violando un articulo de los derechos humanos del libre consumo de Agua y alimentación.. Yo comprendo que se pierden ganancias. Pienso que deberian de quitar ese anuncio o cambiarlo como "Ayudanos comprando bebidas en nuestro local y no en tiendas de terceros". Debido a que me pareció una ofensa que me prohiban llevar agua(ya que en ocasiones llevo una botella para hidratarme en la universidad).

- Anuncios Agresivos: en la zona donde venden rebanadas habia un anuncio que mencionaba que "se te cobraba un costo extra por usar exceso de salsa". E insisto se puede mejorar ese anuncio por uno mas amigable como "No desperdicies la salsa usala con sabiduria" u algo así.

- Espias: No me agrado que los empleados me espiaran pensando que sacaría agua de mi mochila. esperan el momento exacto... Soy muy observador y si tienen esa norma (no trar bebidas) al menos disimulen con inteligencia ya que si me sentia incomodo.

Finalmente califico este local con una calificación de 7.4 lo cual es buena... Si hubiera 10 estrellas le daria 7 estrellas... Sin embargo me agrado ir... Espero que puedan mejorar... Hasta la proxima visita.

P. D: En mi proxima visita puede que la calificacion aumenta o disminuya... Ya que no he probado las alitas ni las hamburguesas... Calificacion minima para 4 estrellas: 8.6
