This is an average for the franchise, not too small but not one of the biggest. Most of the time, the employees are nice and helpful. But recently, the service from the chief of pick-up deliveries is terrible. They refused to dispatch my order and said it could take up to 2 days to be ready, when every other time usually they help you. I had to contact the call center, and they confirmed that there was an attitude failure from the employee.

Best place to buy toys and grooming items for cats and dogs, food can be pricier than in other stores or markets, but in general they have very well trained workers who actually know a lot about their products and pets in general

A lot of supplies for different kind of pets, the attention is really specialized, the attendants are nice and attentive, the place is clean, tidy and spacious.

Very nice petco and is pet friendly (as is the whole mall) great range of choices for natural pet foods (best I've seen in Mexico city thus far) even a selection a cat food (which I always find lacking)

One of the most recognized pet stores , you can dog diapers or have the chance to adopt a new member for your family.

Nice store. The guys are always willing to help, they have a huge variety of pet supplies since it's not an Express store.
