Why am I disappointed, I am not exactly sure. It might just have been my slacking server, but the burgers we ordered came with very unmelted cheese and items we mentioned were dietary restricted. It wasn't worth the big bucks for me.

First of all we saw the reviews and thought this would be a nice restaurant to go to... got seated quickly and it was busy and definitely looks like the place to be in the neighborhood. It took a while to finally be served as they were busy and we ordered a corn rib dish, ox tail tacos and some parmesan salad and half a chicken (which the menu said came with mac cheese but didnt) , the food came fast and looked yum and were super happy, liked the tacos,corn and my wife liked the salad, until I cut into my chicken and saw it was raw it was bleeding blood on to my plate
When they came and asked how the meal was they took it away and it was as if we were suddenly forgotten about, or avoided
We ended up asking for the cheque which then came with extra meals added to the bill for things we never ordered let alone received
I finally got the right bill with the raw chicken removed and the extra dishes that had been added
Sadly it wasn't the experience we were hoping for
I don't speak Spanish fluently but I can do math

It is a great steak house in this neighborhood, it is small cozy but always with a live DJ. It makes you feel that's every day is Friday. Great for friends and after office hours. It offers a great variety of alcohol and it also offers a great variety of meat and Italian cuisine. The service is kind and really fast to serve.it is not that expensive.

Overpriced. Burned and boring food, extremely slow service. I ordered the Wellington burger which took over 30 minutes to arrive. The fries were cold, the burger was burned and dried out to the point of being hard. They kept forgetting to bring basics like a requested glass of water and the salt. Sadly, one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in Mexico City.

It's part of s big restaurant group that runs fancy places all over the city. The menus are very similar. Service is great, but the food not spectacular. Wine selection also leaves room for improvement.

My family's absolute favorite grill place, I recommend going in relatively big groups since it's cheaper to order for a whole table than individual plates. Generally good service and quiet. Beware that there's a single bathroom and it is rather uncomfortable.
