Rooms are smaller than usual, beds are full size not queen and only small desk (corner desk) no sofa. Rooms are clean. On our way to the room we ran into maintenance guy (friendly and kind) who was washing the hallway floors. The location is ????. Hotel sits on top of shopping mall with a variety of restaurants and trendy shops. You will enter thru parkinglot (basement) entry near barbershop. There's a barber shop/nail salon u0026 oxxo, pet store in the parkinglot. Other great home made-small restaurants are within walking distance

What can I say about this place that I did like ...aw.. mm... Nada or nothing! Terrible room for being a first floor and the price not worth it.. Room 35, don't book it. You feel like your in a prison cell. Terrible service cable is not bilingual nor is it good. A small hight light, a free buffet..that's all folks! Id book other hotels. Too bad for being in an area Nápoles Colonia. The hotel does not trend or go with the area. Aw well, I did go to the mall and Sanborns. My favorite place in Mexico. Wish they had them in the states USA byeeeeeeeeee ????

Do not stay in this hotel if you are a foreign traveler!!!! I was quoted a different price online and upon arrival when paying The woman at the reception was insistent on filling out part of the electronic form for me because I was taking too long as I do not speak Spanish very well. I was charged close to 10x more than quoted online. The worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my life!!!!!

An amazing experience. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The price is a bit high, but it's what you would expect in this area. It includes a breakfast buffet and cable TV. I stayed in a small room, but it definitely had all the necessary amenities, and a nice view, because I was on the 6th floor.

Good clean no frills hotel. Good for the business travel or who does not need a 5 star luxury get away. That said it is secure and has free WiFi and breakfast. (WiFi speeds could be faster, buffet breakfast is pretty middle of the road)

My husband and I stayed overnight during the month of November in 2010. I know it was a Friday night because our room faced the busy "Patriotismo Avenue" and my gosh it was SO loud ALL night. We couldn't sleep at all because the windows are so thin and people honk and honk and honk. The next morning we mentioned something to the cab driver who took us to the airport and he advised us to request a room viewing the other side next time. I have to say though, I really liked how it is inside the little shopping center so we were able to grab a really nice dinner and a really cheap lunch at a pizza place at the food court. The complimentary breakfast is Extremely Good and overall it was a petite size room but very clean and the bed was comfortable. I will give this hotel another try but definitely request a room on the other side of "Patriotismo" 'cause that was the worst night sleep of my life.
