What a beautiful setting for a restaurant and what totally disappointing food. The first time I came here I ordered the hamburger, to be safe, and it was really horrible. The seccond time I had a pretty mediocre chicken salad. Horrible service too.

Has anyone seen Fawlty Towers? From the maître’d to the staff, it’s been awhile since I’ve witnessed such gross incompetence. We waited 20 minutes for the cowardly captain to come take our names, another 30 to be seated only after we had to stop several staff for attention, etc. The filthy table and the barely functioning digital menus were last straws. Enjoy the museum, but do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for a meal. A shame because it’s a nice looking room.

Superb spot, blended well with the green forest and the concrete structure. Food is OK but well presented. Go for the Apple pie !

The place is surrounded by volcanic rocks and trees, natural atmosphere, the food is great Mexican, they still need to improve the service.

We had lunch on a Sunday. Service was underwhelming. Salad arrived without dressing and the other dish was cold. The setting is nice and there aren't much alternatives in this price range around here.
Just keep expectations low and it will be fine.

Great place with a calm ambiance, good service and a wide selection of typical Mexican dishes. I personally recommend the “Sopes de Chapulines” because of their unique taste and crunchiness. In addition, it is a nice place to have a break after visiting the museum upstairs.
