Such a great museum. The upgrades are noticeable, and I would dare say they could compete with many US museums. Much if the grounds, including several exhibits, are being upgraded and are therefore closed, but what is open is amazing. Highly recommend it for kids, and adults will definitely be entertained.

Super nice place!! Recently renovated, great displays, very informative. Most of the information is in Spanish though, but you can still enjoy it just by experiencing the museum. Recommend!! They are also renovating the park around.

At the time of my visit the museum was being remodelled but the room that was open was excellent. Very educational and interactive. My son really enjoyed it.

This museum does not look like much on the outside but the displays inside were very impressive and even things like the lighting, sound and design of layout was very first-rate. Cost was very low, only 28 pesos for adults and 13 pesos for kids, so very affordable and enjoyable. I also noted that the display information in the "evolucion Humana" room was up-to-date with the most current science and literature on human evolution which was great to see.

Value for money one of the best natural history museums I've visited, roughly 75 USD cents for kids up to 12 and 1.50 for adults.

After its renovation, the order of the exhibitions improved. The museum looks really tidy and well-preserved. It will take about 2 hours to look all the museum, several activities are offered during the week, so its a good idea to visit the museum official page prior your visit. There are several parking lots around the museum.

Great place to learn about natural history and biodiversity across Mexico's landscapes. Especially liked the interpretive on climate change the the 6 mass extinctions - beautifully illustrated. Only 3 exhibits were open when I visited, so there's a good amount of time to process all the information (not overwhelming like many other such museums) ????
