I purchased a wrist blood pressure monitor which is defective. I returned to the store to exchanage for an upper arm type or refund. The service representative at 1430 on January 10 refused to assist. The original purchase was at LaPrada 221 CP 07500 Del Gustavo A Madero Cuidad de Mexico. The monitor was $530.00 which I will look at as a loss and never return this store again. as we say in American Buyer Beware of the place.

I wish to applaud security staff in this shopping mall for taking the complaint seriously of a customer whose grandson was offered candies by a middle aged woman in the premises who planned on trying to kidnap him.

Instead of making fun of the woman after the boy complained to his relative a woman tried and failed to kidnap him, security staff blocked the entrance and located the cuprit who was subsequently arrested for attempted kidnapping.
