If I could give no stars I would, service was absolutely useless. Fast food is not a concept they understand here. I counted 6 staff. 2 (1 of which was a manager) were doing stock take with their backs facing us (the usual work method here when they don't want to face customers and be disturbed). The other 4 were walking around, joking between themselves, intermittently on their phones, looking busy doing nothing as far as I was concerned, and one of these would occasionally approach the one and only till that was open and leave immediately thereafter. Chaos reigned between delivery orders and us, the in-house customers (4 in total). No fries were ready to be served and people in front of me waited until I asked them what they had ordered (1 portion of fries only...) and this took 15 minutes to be served. When it came to my order I was told that they didn't have any lettuce... huh? One of the basic ingredients for all their burgers. Its like saying u can have a burger but we've got no meat... wow! They kept getting confused with what I wanted and after 15 minutes of deliberations I ended up being given a pen and paper to write my order down which they still managed to mess up. The bread buns were dry and fries soggy. Not sure where these incompetent, lazy and flippant muppets got their training from - probably paid for their certificates online... If you have a craving let your blood pressure mount otherwise go somewhere else.

All we wanted was an Oreo McFlurry. Barely got any Oreo and the bottom half of the cup was virtually empty. Complete rip off!!

The staff is more busy with each other and their phones than helping people and preparing food. They are even eating food from other stores and making drinks for themselves. This is the first time that my meal from a mc Donalds was gross. The fries where cold and not crispy. My burger which I wanted without onion came with. It was with too less ketchup and the bread was crushed. Luckily there was nothing wrong with my diet coke.

One of the multiple fast food restaurants in the food court located on the last floor of the Antara mall. Service was fast and staff was courteous. The only issue is the there was only one cashier available and had to wait for a while to be served because of the person in front of me took a long time to place the order.

The longest I’ve ever had to wait for my “fast food”. I think I waited almost half an hour for chicken nuggets, fries and a coke.

It's mc Donald's, all the same. Very friendly staff though

Exactly what you would expect of McDonalds. Great hamburgers and McNuggets.
