I travel the world Karaoke-ing. This was a fun Bar-style spot in Polanco. It's upstairs in a Tony Roma. They have a reasonable, but not huge selection of Spanish and English Karaoke. I found enough songs I knew though in Spanish to be good to go. The people are really nice and it happens to be the only one in the area that is bar-style and opened early enough for my grandma like sleeping patterns. I would definitely go early as it gets a bit rowdier at night. Mostly big groups that are dancing and singing (nothing too bad). I'm a solo female traveler, though so I like to be away from large groups of dudes that are drinking a lot. I left around 10:30 and it was just starting to get "exciting." Before that there are far less people and you have zero trouble getting your songs in.
I had a good experience with staff. They tried hard with my broken Spanish to help me understand and feel comfy as a solo person in the bar. I'm not sure if they always offer it, but they did have a recorded CD of he songs I played as a freebee. How sweet. Very nice people. I'd def check it out if you're a Karaoke afficionado.
