Poor communication, told them when I would arrive at mexico city airport and it would take time for me to arrive at the hotel.
They closed at 12am and I messaged them and all they said was nope we're closed, yet the lights were on... it take 2 seconds to open the door and get into my room...
I want a refund. I'm stuck outside

I booked the hotel 2 weeks prior and when I arrived they told me there was no room for me. They said they couldn't contact me, but they had my phone number and email via booking. It was very disappointing since I had just arrived from an international trip, luckily there was other hotels nearby,but I lost a lot of money because of their inability to contact me

Nice location...BUT...No one to Greet you. You let yourself in and wait till someone shows up to give you a room key and when our room key didn't work we got in with other people's keys. Very odd management. Stayed 3 nights and never got clean towels and no toilet paper. The shower would flood up around your ankles. Very thin sheets for the cold evenings. It is not a 3.6 star hotel. More like a 1.
No visible management and could possibly be dangerous if all you have is a camera to watch the lobby.

I tried to check-in twice no one was here. Hotels.com said there is only a four hour checkin window. I came back again 1500 next day again no one here. The price is non-refundable and I got scammed. Stay away!

Not soap
Nor hot water
Not cleaning
No body to solve any problems
Not tv channels to wach
Not toilet paper
No place to come back

Nicr place near zona rosa. Very courteous staff but there wasn't soap in the room. Also the blankets can use an update.

The hotel is really old, bathrooms to beds. Location is great but the amenities could be improved
