I booked the suite with the pool and tub in February of this year several months ahead of my visit. Two days prior to my flight I called them to confirm my reservation and the available amenities and at that time I was told everything was going to plan. However, turns out that was not the case and they canceled my three night stay less than 24 hours before we were supposed to check in! It’s July! Arriving at the CDMX airport the day before check in with an email saying this booking was canceled was poor planing and awful customer service! I’m devastated. Booked this room for my birthday and now me and my partner are frantically scrambling to find other accommodations. We were so excited for this stay. It’s drastically altered our time in Mexico City. Who does this anyways?! How did this happen?! BEWARE OF MANSIÓN DE PAPILIO !!
