-I came here just to enjoy this very long street food treat.
-I got here before a crowd of foodie tourists stopped u0026 took a lot of photos.
-There were a few locals sitting down on the limited short plastic chairs waiting for their meter long machete to cook.
-You have several choices of meats plus you need to add the queso to ensure your machete comes out 100% autenico.
-The locals are very kind, they offered me a plastic stool while I sat doing my Asian kimchi squat patiently waiting for my food.
-As a return favor, I noticed a mother noticing me finishing up my plate, I knew she needed that chair so she can enjoy her meal w/ her familia, so I grabbed it and brought it to her.
Overall, she was happy w/ the good deed and I was super stuffed and happy w/ the machete. I highly recommend you try this one-of-a-kind CDMX street food treat!
