Great customer service, they’re very helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was that, there was many people inside the store which I don’t think is a good idea in pandemic times.

I truly hated my experience at this store, this is far worst than you'd expect. Really, so I went there to buy a Samsung S21 ultra and I was told to open the phone here and that hey needed to make sure the phone was ok, but come to find out the sold a full line and they open the phone because of that. Worst day ever.

Poor customer service, I got there on sporty clothing everyone inside where snobby and arrogant I mean I am from canada and there is stores such as Hudson's Bay Armani Exchange Louis Vuitton Gucci, where you walk in and all the employes and security are nice, but at this Mexican store people seemed to have a very different perspective of living.
I will never go back to that store

It does not have enough people and shoppes. It's mobbed and a lot of fun..

It's a traditional department store. The clothing section is really focused in dressing older people. It's also aimed to the middle and upper classes, so don't expect cheap clothes or major discounts. Great variety of products, especially the furniture section
