I went to get the batman pizza. There was no wait and it was super fast. Pizza was delicious

It used to be a nice place for buying pizza to go, at the beginning. Something happened with the change of personnel; now they won't even talk to the customers until they are requested to. There's an area to eat upstairs, with a view of Basílica de Guadalupe.

As per the franchise experience, it's a good place to grab a quick bite, if you're into pizza. Fast and polite personnel even when they are near closing hours.

No pepperoni pizza ready when I arrived, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, terrible service given by the employees, don't go there unless is your last option, to avoid negative experiences.
