If i would.. I would give this hotel 10 stars extremely safe,secure with 24 hour security out side the hotel and police doing there rounds. Las Suites is located in polanco the upscale part of mexico city. The rooms are big and clean the bed was extremely comfortable as well its walking distance from restaurants and shopping stores. The employees at Las suites make you feel welcomed and are very friendly as well there food is ok and delicious
i’ve stayed in several hotels there but from now on i will only be staying at the Suites i highly recommend this hotel if you are going to mexico city.

A really excellent hotel. Our room was still being prepared when we arrived at about 5 PM, so they had us sit in the business center area which was extremely comfortable, had a TV, computer, etc. They have complimentary coffee, tea, water, and fruits avail all day. The location is pretty good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful (though I had to shake my head at turkey bacon and sausage) and pretty good. We had a 2-bedroom suite which was quite comfortable. Nice to have the small kitchenette to work with. Room service was also really nice. The room had a balcony which was also nice. Beds were quite firm (which I like and tends to be the norm in Mexico). WiFi worked very well and fast and reliable. I was able to watch streaming movies, and my daughter watched YouTube and played games without a hitch. Checkout was quick and painless.

Suites are very near Polanco. Conference rooms are available. It has parking lot.

I made a mistake in my reservation and they refused to refund me. Literally taking advantage of the situation and keeping my money. Terrible.

I came on a business trip brought my mom and sisters to enjoy the city while I worked, and we are all extremely amazed at how amazing the staff is, we love everything about this hotel I’ve been to a lot of hotels but none like this one. If I could give the customer service a 100 star review I would no exaggeration! The hotel is very clean and beautiful as well, we stayed a total of 5 days I will definitely be back with my husband and kids.

This hotel is a jewel - tremendous value yet chic! The rooms are big and that they are duplexes feels more spacious. Breakfast is a treat. The public spaces are lovely and the pool just big enough. And the location is perfect/in the midst or great restaurants and stores. I stay 200+ nights a year and i can tell you that this is one of the best values that exists.
