The requested utensils were not included. The burnt chicken made me sick. I literally vomited after trying to eat a piece of it. At least it was cooked through. The fries and carrots that came with it were underneath the very greasy chicken. They were soaked in grease too and worthless. There was no ketchup for the fries. I've never been anywhere in Mexico that has fries and no ketchup. My avocado was paid for, but not included. The veggies in my salad were wilted, but after getting sick I couldn't even think about that even if I had a fork. It was a waste of 400 pesos for over priced and poorly made food. I will never go there or order from there again. On the plus side, my Uber driver was excellent and I discovered how clean my hotel bathroom is.

The food quality is terrible. They also serve whatever they want instead of what you actually order when using delivery apps. Giving them a second chance was a mistake.

Useless service, way to slow, argumentative staff and bad food. Not worth it, a shame that they've started so badly so early on.

I used to love this chain but the quality has decreased. We got raw chicken and a meh service.

The best/worst thing you can say about this place is that it has as many screens as there are pages in the talmud.
