My new favorite hotel. The location and amenities like complimentary continental room service are great but the care and poise of the staff is what takes it to the next level. Aaron the concierge went above and beyond on helping us with a shipping issue. Will definitely stay here again when visiting CDMX.

While the staff is really friendly, and the location is perfect, there is a lot of the noise from the club across the street. Don't book this place if you're a light sleeper or like a cooler room. The AC would not go below 21°C/70°F (for some good won't matter). The rooms are also really small, and for some reason the housekeeper emptied our trashcan onto our open luggage. The staff were very apologetic, but it was really strange.

I just came here for a massage at the spa. It was phenomenal! Probably the best massage I've ever had, but surprisingly very affordable. There was a fancy shower in the room to use afterwards as well.

Did a 3 night 4 day stay recently. The hotel is located in Polanco near plenty of restaurants and cafes that can be reached on foot. Believe the reviews that say how attentive the staff is. They accommodated our every need. We had trouble buying museum tickets to Casa Azul from the States . I reached out to the hotel a few days prior to our trip and they booked the tickets for us. They also organized transfer to the airport for us with an excellent driver. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained . Our trip also included a small but delicious continental breakfast that had fresh juice, coffee , fruit yogurt parfait , and a basket of fresh pastries. The room also included sodas , juices , water , and snacks that were included and restocked daily. I would recommend this place hands down over any of the big hotel names. Looking forward to coming back one day. Thank you to the staff and management for a wonderful stay!

The location is perfect. The hotel is not big. Service is good. However, "smart" room device doesn't work properly. As example , if you go to restroom at night , the entire room lights up. Also, I tried to watch Netflix one night ,the picture doesn't load and maintenance service was not available in the weekend night: ( You cat't open the balcony. Communication with the stuff is not transparent. They say "yes" to all your requests such as refill q-tips or bring clean towels, but it doesn't mean it happens.

This hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly and welcoming, making a hotel stay a pleasure. Unfortunately with such uncertain times in the world right now, it’s difficult to feel safe, but with this hotel, you feel at immediate ease, the hotel is clean with many safety precautions in place. I would definitely stay at this hotel, it’s one of the absolute best in the world.. certainly the very best in Mexico! I recommend everyone to stay here, whether it be for business or for leisure purposes, you will experience true luxury and comfort for as long as your stay with top class food and top class staff. 6* service.

We stayed at Las Alcobas in February for the first half of our honeymoon. Our room was upgraded, and we had a full breakfast (not just continental) included in our rate. The staff was wonderfully attentive. Coffee and water were also complimentary and always readily available. The room was cleaned twice per day, once also with turn down service. The hotel arranged a trip to Teotihuacan and to Casa Azul, both of which I’d recommend, as well as transportation to and from the airport. While I’m not sure I will stay in the Polanco neighborhood the next time I’m in CDMX, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel, and I couldn’t recommend it more.
