Excellent! Stephanie and all the staff are wonderful. Excellent customer service. They help us giving a surprise for my husband's family. Everything was as planned. The food delicious, is amazing, the drinks are great.

Nice service standard, pretty much up to the level for this franchise, happy hour is quite long and covid safety standard went through the roof. The food is savory, a little bit theatrical, steaks cooked to the exact temperature I ordered 125°f

Never coming back! First when taking the order the server made faces like if he wouldn’t like to help us, then It took an hour to get our food ready, there was people coming in and got their food faster than us, then our server apologize for the delay and explained that the chef had an accident, so he offer some sides to compensate for the delay, then when they brought my sons hamburger it didn’t come with fries, then when we got the bill there was an item that never was brought, so I told them, and even after all the mistakes our server asked for at least 15% tip, and he said he would send some other desserts to compensate for the bad service, which I didn’t get, i wouldn’t mind at all to tip 20%, but even after the bad service, and I didn’t even mention my rib eye was already cold when I got it ( it wasn’t too cold, but it wasn’t hot at all, but after waiting that long I just ate it), at least I tipped. Never coming back! Not even if they offer the whole ticket free.
