I frequently go to this place. The decor is English and classic. The service is good, attentive and efficient. They change their menu each month and their wine list is good. The quality of food is good and the menu is diverse. I have tried several dishes here, as starter I recommend the Harry's style carpaccio, the garlic soup is a must, as main dish you can have their fishes, duck, pork or steak, all of them are well prepared.
Desserts are fantastic, the tiramisu is a classic, but their seasonal options are probably better. I recommend you trying a Taylor's 20 yr or Ramos Pintos 30 yr with your dessert. You always have as an entrance a courtesy and a petit four after your meal.
In my opinion this restaurant has been maintained for so long because they have tried keeping their quality of food and service in high standard so their chances of let you disappointed are quite low. This is a must restaurant of Mexico City.
Last December (2015) they had dinners with jazz sessions during winter, it was awesome.
