It is not the best publicó market in México City. But it is interesting to visit. There is one place where a eat sometimes. The first one entering from calle congreso, turning the left, on the right. I recomend pollo en mole.

Small but very authentic.
Had Barbacoa tacos here that were delicious.
Some might find it hard to walk around with all the smells and dead animals.

Great place to try local food, mariscos place outside of the market near tortillería is highly recommended - simple but tasty food at very affordable pricing.

The market at Tlalpan centro. Nice building that has been reformed recently. But that is downgraded by the excess of ugly hand written cartels.

This is the very topical Mexican market, it will satisfy most of your domestic needs, dinner good food around this area. And nice surroundings for a walk
