According to Mexican people habits, food time is between 2pm and 5pm. By 5pm you may not find food, depending on how many people they serve. The place is sorrounded by stores and people pasing by wants to eat something, so you will find the place crowded by that time, but do not worry there is a man lining up people and a hostess providing attention to the costumers. If you go alone you can sit at the bar. Although the place is big, you must wait maximum for 10 minutes to be seated. You do not share table with other people. The menu is not as diverse as in a restaurant because it is a 4-course meal (soup, rice, main dish, dessert with coffee). Beverages (jar of water, beer) and tips are not included. The main dishes they serve are palatable but different in price, so, the more elaborated, the more expensive I would say. The menu is very clear in spanish, naturally. The dishes are well served, so you get full by the time you finish your dessert. In conclusion the food is worth the price (9USD, 8EUR, 12CAD, 165MEX) approximately. There are old photographs hanged on walls, and there are mirrors, which give the place a familiar environment. If you are a foreigner, it is a good chance to mix with mexican traditions and taste typical mexican food.
