My stay was excellent because los Señores were very attentive to our needs during meal times. The rooms and restrooms are so nicely set up and I enjoyed seeing the different styles that each room was set up in. I would recommend people to stay here especially if they want a quieter space close enough to explore Mexico City.

Great attentive staff who'll treat you well. Picturesque house that well represents the area you most want to be in in Mexico City. Keep in mind it's a (huge) house on a quiet residential street, so it's a place to relax and pretend you live there, not for partying i.e. drinking hard :)

Great place to stay at! Conveniently located about a 15min walk to the downtown area of Coyoacan and the Frida Kahlo Museum. The hosts were amazing and always treated us great! 10/10 would recommend to stay here. The house was also very clean and the area felt safe.

Staff was rude and the bathrooms were dirty.

Pricey u0026 bad service
The dog that they keep inside the house kept barking at us the first day, and got kind of aggressive, to the point where it made us uncomfortable. The staff didn't seem to mind even though the barking was pretty loud.
The included breakfast was pretty disappointing (Good thing Coyoacán has pretty good breakfast options).
Finally, on our last day, the staff kindly offered to wash a couple of t-shirts that we had, only to mention when we were leaving, that the service had a cost of 150 pesos (more than what I use to pay for a full charge of laundry), just for the couple of shirts, even though they didn't mentioned that when they offered the service.

This hotel is amazingly welcoming and cozy, it's in a quiet neighborhood and the staff is very friendly, perfectly located in the center of coyoacan with lots of interesting points near. Very clean.
