Wonderful find ... went in here because of the fabulous live Cuban music heard through the open window ... ambience, food, music ... all mixed to make for an unexpected afternoon and evening of fun while exploring this neat neighborhood!

Very delicious food. Relatively expensive but worth it. They have live music most nights. Enchiladas suizas are amazing. Great decor
And vibe, great place for a nice meal

Wonderful spot for dinner. You can choose the area with or without music. The ambience, food, and service are wonderful! I highly recommend.

La Bodega has a nice ambiance and very friendly waitstaff.

I came with a group of 4 and some items were quite good and others really missed the mark.

We tried an appetizer of stuffed squash blossoms that were fantastic. Very interesting. I ordered the mole enchiladas as my main course and the mole sauce was extremely sweet. Far sweeter than any I have ever tied and I didn’t care for it at all. The sangria tasted like red wine with sprite.

As mentioned the staff was extremely nice but didn’t follow protocol thus making things a bit awkward. Our waiter served some apps but left another starter to be served when others received their entres. Plates were removed too soon leaving some in our party still eating while others had their take home boxes already delivered.

Overall - needs work.

We stumbled in, 6 of us on a slow late Monday evening. No live music, sad to say. But we were delighted with our dining experience. We ordered and shared numerous dishes that were recommended in these reviews. All was delicious. Hope to be back on a Friday or Saturday.

Sweetest staff! Loved the vibe and the food. They brought extra sides free of charge and let me sit on their patio to read and enjoy chips as long as I liked:) seriously the nicest people!
