Nice hotel for convenient access to the airport. It fairly std for the price range. The key attraction is the location and the round the clock airport shuttle (free). We booked through Hotels.com and the hotel sent various emails (5) about providing flight info for shuttle reservations and in the end they told us reservations are done at check-in.

We are at the restaurant for coveinnce since local family was meeting us and not all are able to walk as easily. The food was good and not too expensive.

Positive: Staff service was amazing! Negative: I had room service of fish, steam veggies and rice. The meal arrived medium hot. Both rice and fish where raw. I informed the staff but the basically heated up the same cuts of fish, put it back together in my plate and bright it up again, not wa enough.

Greatly surprised by this hotel. Perhaps not the nicest neighborhood but the location is perfect. Very close to the airport. They even kcwe free pick up /drop of to the airport. Service was great. I used to stay at the Hilton in terminal 1 but for less than half this place offers great value.

Positive: The free shuttle was broken so my family had to pay to get to the hotel, they took us in 2 rental cars back to the Airport so that was ok.

Best hotel I've been to in the 2 weeks I've stayed here. I got the banana pancakes for breakfast on my last day, probably the best pancakes I've had in a very long time !

Very good hotel, good prices, and very good restaurant inside, excellent food (service a bit slow so plan accordingly)

Excelent, if remote hotel. Close to airport. Most helpful professional staff I've seen. Willing to help with any issue especially for those slightly stressed about traveling during the pandemic. Hotel impeccably clean. VERY, super comfortable beds. For those guests who have sufficient curiosity, the neighborhood is very worth discovering on foot. Nighttime may be a very different deal. I would return here in a heartbeat.
