Great Chinese food!! original recipes and cooking methods. Only one or two people speak Spanish, menu is only in Chinese, so be ready for that. Enjoy!

(Update) My friend and I both got food poisoning after Ka Won Seng, so it's unfortunately erased from my list of favorite Dim Sum. (Previous Review) I recommend getting there at 9am. Although not all of the Dim Sum is ready at that point, you'll know it's fresh as it comes out of the kitchen steaming. There is so much variety at this place that it is best to go with a group of friends. My friend and I went just the two of us twice, and there is still a ton of items we have yet to try. I really enjoyed the food, but the staff could be a little more friendly and the place a little more clean. Most of the customers and staff speak Cantonese, but you'll get by with Mandarin or Spanish.

Was hopeful to find an authentic Chinese restaurant but when we got there we were the only people. No Spanish or English spoken which is ok but not very open to questions so we ordered incorrectly. As ex restsuranteurs and chefs we ordered the simplest of dishes: fried rice was excellent them pork wonton's were awful and what we thought would be sweet and sour chicken turned out to be dough balls with a insipid sauce ugh, the pork in pineapple were actually cracklings in pineapple and veggies, ate the veggies. I can understand most cost cutting efforts in restaurants but this one needs to cut back their extensive menu and either get Spanish speaking waiters to explain dishes or put descriptions in the menu to avoid mistakes like ours. They can cook well but not if you don't know what you ordered. Also, aren't you glad to receive customers? Your reviewers on Dim Sum are amazing but that's only on weekends. Anyway, will think about going back.

I got food poisoning from this restaurant. Prepared food is obviously not kept hot enough. Do not recommend.

Food was served cold like if they had gotten it from the fridge and put it on the table. terrible service
