This franchise has a very mediocre wannabe-Italian menu, but this location in particular enjoys a terrible service, waiters don't have a clue of what they are serving, or wines in the place, if you love food, and wish to avoid disappointment and possibly frustration, stay away.

It was my first time in Italianis, we ordered pizza, it was very simple and no much flavor, the service was bad, the waitress and waiter seemed like they were having a bad day, very unfriendly... def will not go back

Pizza and both pastas were untasty. Waited for hostess too long.

Just you typical Italianni's. The food is nice but the staff is not very attentive.
