Se procedio a llevar la moto al taller para hacer la reclamacion, se llevo en grua pues ya presentaba daño en varias juntas; se corroboro que efectivamente la moto casi no traia aceite, se llego al acuerdo entonces, de que se les dejaba la moto y se me hiciera un reembolso. Pasaron 2 semanas y no recibi ningun reemboloso, a pesar de que el mismo ni siquiera seria del total del valor factura; que puedo decir? pesimo servicio, pesima atencion y ademas de todo ratas, se querian quedar con el reembolso y con la moto.
Solo puse una estrella porque de otro modo no me dejan publicar, pero no se merecen ni eso, lastima que no puedo decir aqui lo que realmente se merecen!
No mientas, jamas en mi vida lleve esa moto a otro taller mas que al de uds y que importa si ya paso un año o 2 o 3?? y cuando me la entregaron me dijeron lo que ya mencione, que mentirosa eres, encima no tienes verguenza y eres una cinica para andar diciendo lo que estas diciendo, la misma desverguenza y cinismo que tuvieron cuando claro que hubo contratiempo para entregarme mi reembolso que como bien dije no era ni el total del monto del valor factura, claramente a uds solo les interesa el dinero, atraer a clientes, no saben nada de motos, fui yo el que les tuve que explicar como se llamaban tales o cuales modelos, asi de grande su arrogancia, cinismo, ignorancia y deshonestidad y si te preocupa que quiero lograr con esto es por algo, pero que sepa la gente que solo les interesa el dinero pero no lo que pase con el producto o el cliente despues de la compra, en lo mas minimo.
