They had a reduced menu because of the pandemic for over a year, and some things never came back, like the cinnamon stack pancakes for example. The menu is way shorter now, hence 4 stars.

As some of the other reviews have already stated. It is a bit expensive, but the food is good and it looks like the pictures on the menu. I had the wonderful idea of going on Saturday and the place was bursting at the seams. Hence the service was rather slow, so avoid this place on weekends, or come but be patient. The staff's attitude is really nice and the place has free wifi which make your waiting less boring, in my opinion. The food is tasty, obviously in terms of American flavours.

Hey, I went to the pancakemania week in IHOP and yeah I just could eat 4, overall it was good and take advantage of this offer till February 25th. So you must come here immediately

Ok food, some things are extraordinary (like the french toast and cinnamon pancakes) and some things are quite mediocre. A bit pricey for the quality but overall good.

Had the pleasure to be attended by Sara. Had some pretty delicious food, you can choose your own fruit and make your own juice. Hot and delicous coffee always available. Started of with some well prepared banana pancakes and tried the Surf and Turf well done Ribye.

Super bad customer service for just 1 person I had to bring my hole family to get out steading customer service. But I was just by my self wanting the everyday especially and I check the web site and call in to ask for it they tell me yes it's on, just to get there with all that bad customer service and the waiter with an actitud tells me no they don't have it in Mexicana hola days aka dias festivos.
