The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The King suite is great, well appointed with a small kitchen/dining table that meets all needs. Clever living room arrangement with a tv that rotates to face the bedroom at night. Nice big windows providing lots of natural light. Perfect if you are visiting the neighboring ABC hospital, one of the best, which is connected by a sky walk.

Breakfast was busy and the order was half wrong and cold, but service was so good it made up for it.

The restaurant options are simple, good and good value.

One of my favorite hotels, though somewhat far away. The real draw is the proximity to the hospital, but if it was more central I would stay there every time. It's excellent value.

No worth the price, they don’t even have a parking lot area and the service is just the same as a city express

Few appreciation about Hyatt House Lobby staff
All are excellent and cheerful
Mr. Sergio is very helpful, multi tasked person as well as tower of patience .Good to have him ????
Madam Karla is very sweet and helpful .Guided us in all walks of life at Hyatt
????
Mr.Darwin helped us in sight seeing and very perfect in time and friendly

Overall great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. Although we didn't get breakfast one day because it was a holiday and noone told us they would stop serving an hour early, which was really frustrating. But we visited at a very busy time for them (local music festival) and the staff were dealing with a lot. Outdoor patio and pool are amazing.
