The best of it was location. Half a block from Alameda, less than 100m to 7eleven, Oxxo, drugstores, libraries etc...

Service was ok, standard, nothing special, nothing really bad.

The rooms were big but since it is an old building, tales on the bathroom were not very nice and they could use some cleaning, the bathtub was slippery and had no mat for protection, the mattresses were fluffy, not confortable and the covers were like old curtains.

No AC units. The sun in the morning was too hot to deal with. No mini fridges. Hotel staff would take to long to give us towels.

GREAT LOCATION, GOOD $$, SERVICE ***** SPECIFICALLY THE FRONT DESK ???? AT NIGHT TIME .

Wish I could rate them zero star. The receptionist who refused to help me because I had written a wrong date for check in and said the manager was unavailable when I asked to speak to him. Then after contacting booking.com the manager suddenly appeared _ he was nice and helped with the situation. But the sewage smell is so unbearable to sleep, plus no laundry service or breakfast. Only good this is the view

BAD! The rooms have no AC or HEAT so you can expect it to be hot or cold depending on the season. I had to call reception every time i had to shower so they would turn the water heater on. The WiFi does not work, most of the time it has 1 mgb of speed. I was forced to stay here since i was told i would not be refunded or compensated for the below standard services.

I’m pretty surprised by the awesome reviews. The main good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s really centrally located and it’s in an area that feels pretty safe.

That being said, this hotel is not for someone who wants to spend any time relaxing in their room. It’s useful mostly for showering and sleeping at night.

First, there doesn’t seem to be any AC or heater, as there are no air vents or thermometer. Also, it’s next to a busy street where you can expect to hear honking constantly during the day and early evening (mostly during the weekdays, but a bit on weekends), as well as cars accelerating and other random street noises (the walls are paper thin).

If you stay here, make sure to check whether your sheets have been changed, as we found some makeup residue that wasn’t ours when we first got in. The window curtains had a few weird stains and the shower curtain is really thin. Also, the hotel doesn’t provide toothpaste or conditioner, so prepare accordingly.

This hotel worked ok for us because we were barely in the room. But we wouldn’t stay here again.
