Wow AMAZING YOU GET ALOT MORE FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY!
I stayed there from August 16-19th price really affordable, installations really great! Rooms spacious and really clean! Bathroom good size only downer was the shower quite small ???? , but when I check in they said I had breakfast included as well, and it's a really small buffet, but food was good! And housekeeping always left a good smell, and reception and security where great! I will be back again!

The place is very safe and its located on the old Mexico so you'll experience and see the authentic lifestyle and nice architectures around the area. Some people would tell you that Old Mexico is not safe to stay but this one is very safe since its located at the plaza. There's police 24hrs a day so you'll be good. There's pharmacy, ice cream shops, bakery, bars and restaurants around the area. A lot of street vendors too! The rooms are big and beds are so comfortable. We'll definitely come back! The only thing I didn't like is their WIFI its so slow and you cannot rely on it but for the cost of the stay its a good deal since breakfast is included.

Sheets were covered in stains (even after changing rooms), air conditioning nor bed lights worked.

Besides that, the whole first floor smelt like cigarettes u0026 it's noisy all night long.

Also keep in mind that this is a dangerous neighborhood!

But of a festive area so can be bit noisy. Worth it though, clean rooms, great service and rates. Plenty of food and music in the plaza right outside the entrance.

The entire staff is just amazing. Very friendly and welcoming including the security officers. The rooms are clean and very spacious. Breakfast is good and there's a fitness room, business center and 24 hour coffee. Located near many food spots. Can't complain for the price paid. Great hotel and I highly recommend. Thank you Ivan for being so helpful!

Extremely loud from restaurants/bars, dirty and worn, and hardly any light in the rooms— I assume because they don’t want you to see how bad it really is. Don’t even have soap for the bathroom. The front desk staff was friendly though.
