Excellent service! Very clean and well maintained! The personnel implements very well the Covid 19 sanitation.
Restaurant: nice presentation, flavourful dishes at a great price!
I would recommend this hotel any time and will definitely return in the future.

Fantastic place. Helpful staff -- English and Spanish. Beautiful views from the top floor pool and hot tub.
We visited several times and the hot tub was always a bit cold. We learned to ask them to turn up the heat when we first registered-- they always accommodated and it made the time there perfect.

Got the suite was larger then expected. It’s more expensive then other hotels but the customer service was awesome.
Maids did amazing.

Superior service, breakfast was boring almost same menu daily, location was good, lively and with many good restaurants aroung.
You can not exchange more than 100 dollars a day which was not convenient.
They sometimes miss room service.
Overall good value for money.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff that genuinely seem to care about their guests. Feel well taken care of. I like the bed: nice and firm. Airco sometimes a bit noisy, but that happens everywhere. Good, reliable and reasonably fast WiFi. Fast enough to do video calling with the home front.
The lentil soup in the restaurant is worth the trip!
