Very poor service. Unfriendly front staff, app wasn't loading the first 2 nights I was there so I went down to eat at the restaurant but no one came to the reception for 15 minutes so I ended up eating at the Starbucks across the street. On my 3rd night I finally was able to order room service but the food was terrible. The room I was in had gaps in the floor board too. The only positive here is that it is in a safe area and walking distance to a huge shopping mall.

Love the hotel! Breakfast was amazing, literally the best I had in years. Service and staff are just perfect: professional, fast, organized. COVID measurements are over the hill: I felt so safe during my stay! Next my visit to Mexico City will be definitely staying there.

Great affordable clean minimal hotel in Santa Fe. For the price, it is a great hotel for clean rooms, modern decor.

The things that you might like to be aware of are:
1. Reception can be slow
2. Almost all rooms on our floor were joining rooms so you can hear very well the conversations of your neighbours
3. Only 1 small bottle of water in room
4. No tissue or tea/coffee in room
5. Walking to mall is possible but very pedestrian UNFRIENDLY here in Mexico
6. To get water from 7-11 in the opposite side of the busy road in a building to your right after exiting the hotel is quite challenging (not to get run over)

Very slow check-in! Please improve it. Other problems included the lack of complimentary bottled-water and that the A/C wasn’t working until someone checked it for the third time and fixed it. However, aside from the issues, the nightly rate was very convenient (1,800 mxn) and included complimentary breakfast and late check-out. Parking available for 110 mxn/daily. Staff was nice and friendly. Very clean rooms. Room service was good.

I've stayed here for a number of 1 week stays recently and my experience has always been positive. The rooms, the restaurant, and the staff are all consistently excellent. The staff goes above and beyond other hotels to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. I want to specifically name Carlos Gutierrez at the reception desk. Carlos is attentive and effective in his customer service from check-in to check-out and is a big reason for the overall positive experience I have during each stay.

Great views, good location. Huge mall nearby, Starbucks in front and several restaurants next to Hotel. Rooms are well equipped and large. Clean. Good service. Breakfast could be more diverse. Air conditioning not controlled well (cold air although set to warm, when it's 11 degrees outside). One elevator broken for a whole week.

We stayed here 4 years ago and when our travels brought us to col santa fe in cdmx and we thought we would come back. The staff is friendly and the brunch really very nice, with cooked to order entree items. The hotel was very quiet, bedding, towels and amenities fine. With the dollar as high as it is against the peso our stay was an excellent bargain. However....this property is in very bad need of refreshing. The lite fixtures dangle, the faux wood floor has separated to the point when the underlayment shows thru, paint is bad, refrigerator did not work (it was replaced), ugly non professional caulking around the fixtures in the bathroom. Tawdry thruout. Too bad really as great location and price. If u can overlook a property that has been rode hard and put up wet fine. Other than than just very nice.
