I loved the family suite as it consists two spacious double bed room connecting together. I loved the design of the rooms, using wood and brick with nice colours made it a pleasant stay for us. The beds were comfortable and the extra blanket was very helpful.
Yet, it would be nice if they were more generous with the toiletries. Also, cleanliness can be improved.

Nice staff, disappointing stay.
While the staff is great, the experience was bad from start to end. You will get at best lukewarm water in your room, at worst cold. Music is playing until 10PM+ in the corridor, so don't expect to turn in early if you are jet-lagged. Towels are randomly removed but not replaced, so at some point you have a towel-free room (a new concept?) Go easy on the toilet paper too because there is no spare. Bonus point: being locked out of your room on the last day because the system randomly decided to shorten your stay by one day. A lot of "WTH" moments, thankfully balanced by the super-helpful staff at reception. Still asking for them to fix issues every single day gets tiring quickly. Lots of hotel offer a way better experience in Mexico.

The hotel was okay. No AC units on any of the rooms so if it’s hot outside, you’ll have to literally sleep with the door opened which doesn’t seem safe at all. Management didn’t even offer us a fan and wouldn’t change us rooms.

The room we got was okay- beds were comfortable and they cleaned it daily. The shower has messed up the floors bc it doesn’t close or keep the water away so the floors just get wet any time you shower.

The location of this hotel is really what caught my attention bc it is close to everything but I wouldn’t recommend it and won’t be coming back myself.

The most important part of this review is of the staff who are perfectly helpful, kind, and attentive. We had a morning flight but check in isn't until 3pm (seems like most places there do). They let us keep our bags there in a locked room and then checked us in about an hour early).
Any problem I had with my stay was down to design flaws with the hotel itself.

1. No windows in the hotel room and we didn't realize it until we had already paid. That's weird, right? Why wouldn't they be clear about that in their ads or photos? We had two panels that looked like windows but they were opaque and didn't open.

2. Only 1 small rubbish bin for two adults and it was in the bathroom.

3. No mini fridge. I couldn't buy food to keep in the room because there was no way to keep it cold. That meant room temp bottled water! Couldn't keep sodas or my own almond milk to drink or buy chocolates to take home because it got too hot in there, which brings the 4th point:

4. The AC unit vented directly onto the bed which completely dried me out in my sleep. Not such a big deal, but..why?

5. We both got sick and couldn't really leave the room long enough to have it cleaned and so after 24 hours of being violently ill, the room stank terribly (in Mexico you don't flush bathroom paper) and since we couldn't open the non-existent windows and there was no bathroom fan or vent, we subsequently felt awful and just had to deal with it ourselves.

6. The breakfast is good for most omnivores except me. They offer chilaquiles (basic nachos), chorizo and eggs, beans, dry cereal (dairy milk and wheat products only), and a very small fruit plate with maybe 5 or 6 slices of fruit. Coffee/tea/juice as well. I don't drink dairy milk and can't have wheat or eggs, so I couldn't really take advantage of that. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room for this reason as well.

7. Really dim lighting in the rooms. Coming back midday for a little rest always turned into a nap because even with the fake window light, it still got very cave-like in there.

8. Not a lot of solid surfaces to put things like bathroom products on. I'm disabled with a spinal condition, and so bending down whilst in the shower to pick up soap, shampoo, razor, etc is really dangerous for me. The sink is on a slatted kind of shelf and the window sills are narrow.

9.

Again, the staff were really helpful and delightful. Words of advice: if you are from the States and need your covid test for your return flight, don't book it through the hotel. There's a no appointment necessary clinic like 2 blocks away called Olabs. 30 minute results, about $25.
Go to the small grocery store/farmacia around the corner (not the oxxo minimart or the actual pharmacy) and buy some air freshener, bum wipes, and extra bin bags!

+ great location
+ clean rooms
- no squash rackets available even though they have and promote their field
- very small breakfast, 2 days in a row without butter.. Orange juice is not fresh

My room was very clean and the double-bed mattress was like sleeping in the clouds! Many worthy sights like parks and bars and restaurants of Roma-Condesa are walking distance from there!

The shower is super nice, but has very little flow…. The room has no electricity when you leave because of their special system so you can’t charge your phone when you aren’t there. It was ok for one night
