Ok hotel but the pictures are misleading. Had a reservation for the unrefurbished rooms so asked if I could pay for an upgrade which I did. The upgraded rooms are not like in the pictures and they have definitely cut corners. The shower pressure was terrible in the room and the halls are noisy with doors slamming. There is nothing in the area and the hotel seems out of place. Ok for a night.but don't expect too much.

I didn't like how the receptionist treated me, I had a reservation and asked for luggage hold. The receptionist questioned, as if I didnt have one, I didn't like the customer service overall. I didn't like the room, I only found one outlet in the room, I didn't like the quality of the towels, and you can hear the hallways and the rooms noise pretty loudly. Personally I will never stay here again in my life nor the hotels in this line.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the hotel MX Congreso for 2 nights right after we arrived in Mexico City. The staff was great, they let us check-in earlier and were really helpful throughout our entire stay. The room we had was very big and clean. Especially for the low price we paid, we were very satisfied. We would stay here again if we come back to Mexico City.

Experience was great.
Room was clean.
Staff well mannered
Jacuzzi worked perfectly fine, but the jets are too loud it makes too much noise. If you are trying to relax is better to have it off.
