We arrived super tired at the hotel, just to sleep before our early flight the next day. The hotel gave us 2 complimentary 400ml water bottles, which we drank fast because we were thirsty after a full day of flying. I went to the front desk and found out the would not give me any additional water. While the vending machine had water, it only accepted small bills that we didn't have because we had just exchanged our money and this was the first thing we were trying to buy. The front desk said they were not able to exchange our 200 pesos to smaller bills, leaving us the only option of having to walk around the neighborhood at 11pm trying to buy water.
Why would there be free coffee available 24/7 but no water?!
Dissatisfied after so many people reported good costumer service.
