Well it's Mexico you can't really expect it to be a 5 star hotel. Bed sheets weren't changed out, just made, bathroom not cleaned daily just exchanged towel and the necessities. Strongly recommend to use the safe in the room for valuables. Over all Breakfast is great every morning ask for purified water and ask about the milk. But it was good.

I needed a more bougie hotel. This hotel is in a great location but minimally appointed. Perfect for someone in their 20s looking to save money. No AC, no toiletries, no washcloths, no ice. 7/11 and Carl's Jr on the corner. Staff was nice.

Great location, nice staff, clean, quiet and safe, comfy beds, very economically priced, and they fulfilled our request and gave us one of the newly renovated rooms, which was wonderful! We also had a special tap with potable water in our room. The temperature in the room is a bit hot, but there is a good quality fan to make it comfortable (this also drowns out minor noises). Highly recommended!

I booked a night there. I did the checkin but for a personal reason it didn't fit me. They accepted to let me go and reimburse me. I don't know any hotels who would have done that! They have a true sense of service.
Other than that, good value for the location :)

A non pretentious but very comfortable hotel in the hear of Mexico citys downtown. Have been here many times and will come back for sure. The breakfasts are also quite inexpensive and good!

Once i got to the room after a delay flight, room was so fricking hot ????, no air conditioner available, receptionist rude once asked to bring a portable air conditioner, he gave option to move to another room in first floor but never did. Unable to sleep the rest of the night

Old rooms, no AC in the room and it gets really hot , i would have never booked if i knew. Gym is small but can be beneficial though it is always closed and you have to ask the receptionist to open it, the bald guy at the hotel door which is the first thing you see when you enter the hotel is very unfriendly and probably never smiled.
