The young lady who works the lobby had the worst attitude, every time we had a question or needed assistance with anything in the room she made it seem like it was the biggest hassle for her and replying with attitude even after being as nice as possible to her. The men workers including the cleaners on the other hand had the absolute best service.

The service was great, you always had hot water so you could use the jacuzzi as much as you wanted.

It is an excellent place to spend the nigth, clean and at an affordable price. Is located against the corner of a oxxo.
