Nice rooms, great location. Wifi is open and probably consumed by everyone on the block so it's slow and fails often. No AC and it can get hot at night. A lot of noise from the street, get ready to wake up at 5am from honking cars, ambulances, and buses. No room service. I thought this was a good deal, but it's actually expensive for what you get.

Cozy, quiet and clean hotel. Good location near Azteca stadium. I stayed 5 days and definitely would return again. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Price was reasonable. Great local food around the hotel. You can't ask for more.

Stayed in two different rooms. First one was a concrete prison cell, poorly decorated and uncomfortable. Second room was very nicely decorated. The problem with this hotel is very poor ventilation in the rooms. There is no AC or ceiling fans. The very small sliding window hardly let any breeze in as the heat soaked walls bake you in the room. There are no fans in the rooms, if you ask the front desk for a fan its a coin toss if you will get one. There are no outlets near the window so not even a chance of pulling in cool air from outside. The front desk staff has issues. Tried to book a room over the phone and they just kept saying call back after 8. Very unprofessional. Had to book the room online using a non hotel app.

Would not stay here again.

You need to improve the Hotel, no a/c in the room, no vent, yo need to leve the window open at night to refresh the room. Price is not average if you consider this.

I like the hotel because it has a good service and it has a lot of different types of rooms

A little strict on refunds so if you want to cancel a second day 40 after time is up then forget it.
