Positive: Perfect. It was elegant for the price. I was so happy!! Negative: The bed was really hard. No cushion. There were no face towls. That's about it.

Positive: This is an historic hotel with beautiful architecture. Negative: Mexico City is busy and loud. Lots of sirens, honking horns, traffic cop whistles, and loud motorcycles. I¿d choose a quieter area. The television reception left a lot to be desired.

Positive: Classic architecture from the 20's. Location within the centro historico. Negative: The room was very stuffy. Absolutely no air. And the front desk did nothing about it.

this hotel is the winner of the World Cup of the lost potential !

very beautiful from the outside ! but there's an atmosphere from "the shining" inside. very CREEPY. this hotel could be so much better. the rooms have definitely seen better days..

Poor service, no coffee or any drinks available outside of restaurant service hours, you need to go to the seven eleven outside..

And The restaurant that is supposed to serve Spanish Gastronomy..

Serves INDUSTRIAL meatballs, that doesn't taste like meat at all. tastes like a microwave oven ready to eat meal FROM THE WALlMART.

very disappointed. an insult to Spanish gastronomy.

The rooms are really good and clean. Location is amazing. They have many transportation options like bike rental, bus rapid transport, subway and good walkable streets. Prices are lower than other options. They building is sandal but it has its own identity. Two restaurants are located at the ground level. Staff is really friendly.

Positive: It has a great location, nice amenities in the room, and was VERY nice for the price. Negative: The sink in my room leaked a little and the carpet seemed kind of dirty in some of the less used areas. Not enough convenient outlets to utilize and charge devices.
