Very bad cleaning and does not offer comfort. The first day I had dirty blankets, the shower was clogged, the night stand lamps didn’t work and there were hairs all over the floor. Bad breakfast, constant cigarette smell and it’s 3 AM in the morning and haven’t been able to sleep since 2 AM because of heavy trucks passing down the street and make a very loud noise even though I am in the 14th floor. ????????????

Well planned rooms with good facilities. Location not easy to find. Staff helpful. Breakfast missed opportunity to be interesting - does not contribute to overall impression ?

There was a foul smell coming from the bathroom drain. Despite keeping the restroom door closed, the smell woke me up at 3:00 AM. This was room 1907. Luckily I called the front desk and they gave me a new room right away. Excellent breakfast.

I reserved a suite for up to four people for a seven day stay. On the date of check-in we had a fifth person join our party. The hotel promptly charged an additional fee of 350 pesos per night for the fifth person. No problem and understandable. The fee was paid wit a debit card. The fifth person checked out after five days. I requested a refund from the hotel for the two days. The hotel staff indicated the refund would take four to six months because it had been paid with a debit card. They were unable to offer a coherent explanation besides the fact that it is the "bank" who hold up the payment. When an explanation was requested from the manager he declined to speak with me or address the issue. On the date of check out the front desk staff informed the refund had been "authorized"; however, he was unable to provide a receipt or any type of verification. Most of the hotel staff displayed an attitude of indifference and were definitely not customer service oriented. The manager clearly lacks managerial and customer service skills. I will now have to file a dispute with my bank to try and recoup my refund. I do not recommend this hotel due to it's lack of transparency and customer service.

It's in Santa Fe, Mexico city..a prime location to the business centre. I was in a standard room, stayed for a month, spacious for one person, includes living area, kitchen and bedroom. Morning breakfast not all that great, repeat stuff and not much variation. House keeping, cleans every day and keeps the room tidy(includes washing the vessels). Having a washing machine in the room is a plus, gets noisy tho.Overall a good experience.

The bedrooms are good but when we checked out they charged twice the price and didn't want to help when we called them. Saying that it's not their fault, we can't get our money back through them.
We really don't appreciate this kind of fraud especially when they don't want to take responsibility for their mistakes!

Good location, space and decoration.
Breakfast too simple.
Service not consistent: during three days we had problem with strong smoke smell on our apartment. The receptionist in the second night (Nayeli) did not want to solve the problem, she lied saying that there were no rooms cleaned to move us out. In the third night Egardo was in charge and all was solved in a few minutes with an incredible customer service mindset.
