This hotel is one of the most well known in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure!

Drank a delicious bottle of wine whilst watching the sunset at this great rooftop bar. Good music, drinks, ambience and views.

The waiters and service of the rooftop is the worst in CDMX. We have been living here for some years and there’s no place where the waiters have so much bad vibes. I’m sorry because the rooftop is cool.

Speaking of the rooftop bar only.
Pleasant view but not much of the city is actually visible. Service is poor and slow. Came in and ordered two cocktails which never got delivered, even after inquiry. Watched another group sit down and get served their drinks, so we got up and left. Not sure if it was discrimination or just bad management.

Maybe this is the most cozy and organic luxury hotel in Mexico City. We always come, and they never disappoint.

Pros: LOCATION! the location couldn’t be better in condesa, some front desk staff such as the gentleman were very helpful

Cons: small outdated rooms, expensive for what you get, no free breakfast, no pool onsite, water in shower never got hot, front desk lady was unhelpful and short with us

Overall there are better hotels for the price and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Over priced for what you get. I didn’t get a room as seen in the pictures. The one we got was dark and well used. We had dinner at rooftop restaurant and were also letdown.

We stayed in a king suite with a terrace and it was lovely. Our stay included breakfast and it was set-up beautifully every morning on the main level in the atrium (the food was delicious too). The terrace was also very nice. The staff was kind and helpful. I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting CDMX and would stay here again. So glad we found this hotel! Ps. I feel like it wasn’t advertised but there is a little open air gym. :)
