The ventilation system was noisy and with a bad design. Despite the hotel is a bit dated, the king size room was comfy and clean. Wifi was not working on the seventh floor. The location is great close to the Angel of Independence and lot of good restaurants.

Having stayed at Bristol mostly for business travels, all I can say is I love this place. What they lack in glitter they make up with hard work. Location is truly amazing. My work offered another location but honestly I do not care for amenities, all I am looking for is fast internet and a good location.
Should I ever visit cdmx in my own dime, I will be visiting Bristol.

I had a pretty concerning issue that I mentioned to management and they were not able to resolve it.
TV Didn't work
The Internet didn't work for 4 days.
Keys for the room needed to be reactivated every time you used them
Elevators took forever to arrive. I chose to use the stairs. One of the elevators wouldn't go up unless you pushed the door fully in so it could then close and go up.

The staff was very nice and polite, but as far as accommodations go, I would rather spend a bit more, and be comfortable, and feel secure.

Compared to a 4 star hotels, the hotel is bad except the location. There's no fridge in the rooms, they didn't even put a tea/coffee maker. I don't recommend it..

Democracy prices, good service and very convenient location if you don't wanna spend hours to move from one place to another.

The place is a little out-dated, but they are really nice, good service, great location!

It is good value for money. It has the new and old wing. Restaurant in house ok. Very good location and a lot of restaurants nearby. Clean and well kept but hotel is over 30 o 40 years old. They have parking. Small gym.
