Very nice staff, very diligent to clients need assessment inclusive of a lot of amenities like in house laundry service, cafeteria, daily cleaning, complementary water bottles, door to room service, etc. If I'd compared this hotel for its cost it would be next to a La Quinta Inn in the US.

The rooms are dated but what can you expect when in the US this same room would cost over 65-75$ USD($47-50/daily rates is unheard of in the states unless it's a motel 6 which it isn't).

I highly recommend this place if you want affordability and it's centered or near lots of walking distance fun places to visit and the bus is right in front of its door.

We stay here for a couple of nights. The service is great. The rooms are clean, and expasious. The bathroom a bit small. The restaurant had a limit breakfast but the staff is friendly.

Great location and a reasonable price. Rooms are basic and dated but the beds are very comfortable. Showers very powerful, which is unusual for Mexico City. Staff can be a little offhand and rude, even if you’re fluent in Spanish. I was charged again on arrival, despite telling them that I’d paid on making the booking. Not great.

Really nice hotel in a good neighborhood. The rooms are quite spacious (even for a three bedroom), with a generous bathroom. Breakfast is good as well, there’s literally all you need for a good start in the morning.

Only one drawback: we are living in 2019! There’s more than one language to speak in a Hotel which accommodates international guests, guys.

Very old hotel, it looks like they don’t check the rooms properly before giving them to the customers, sink was clogged, doesn’t have heater, every time that somebody flush the toilet the lines makes a lot of noise, blanket was dirty or had stains, closet was dirty, I cleaned it with a wipe before putting my clothes and came very dirty, very basic amount of towels with only shampoo and conditioner. At the end of the day you get what you pay! Food was good at the restaurant, If you have a car, parking is free, free WiFi as well.

Excellent, we'll located, clean and safe. Restaurant has an amazing chef, don't miss the experience. Metro station less than 2 blocks away from the hotel. You'll love it.

First of all I want to say that it is a nice hotel. Romans tend to be a little small for my liking and the restaurant is a bit dull. Otherwise it's pretty decent. To get into more detail about the restaurant, I liked the atmosphere, it's classy and well ornamented. What I did not find interesting was the food. The choices weren't interesting. There weren't many different plates and the once that were actually there weren't any special.
