I reserved a room, when I arrived to check in I was told my room wasn't available because it had a leak so they gave me another room with a king bed and a single bed instead of two king beds and they didn't respect the first price i was supposed to pay. I got to the room and there's no air conditioner or no fridge the mattress is super hard feels like your sleeping on the floor and to top it off the tv has 2 lines through the middle like someone hit it with something. I honestly wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Very unsafe location

Stuff is very incompetent except the one manager who could speak English and two kitchen workers. I lived there for two weeks, so had a chance to meet them all.

Be ready to return your keys as they have only one copy for the some rooms, so every time you leave your room in the morning you need to give your keys to the maintenance, otherwise your room want be clean.

They claim 4 stars, it’s only 3 actually.

Internet is very poor, wait for few minutes to refresh your Facebook page. Some rooms don’t even have it.

Nice, safe, okay for kids, quiet, near a supermarket with cheap eats out front and several with down restaurants near by. Friendly staff. Weirdly hot water on the fourth floor.
