Horrible...I spent weeks working to verify that this place performs spine jack surgery..They assured me on several occasions that they do..They had me fly down,pay for an MRI covid test and hotel,only to inform me th night before the surgery that they do no have the spine Jack's necessary for the procedure..They are con artists who cost me over $e,000.00 for nothing..Not to mention the physical pain involved in a journey of that length with a painful back,and requiring assistance from the airports both ways.

This place's customer service sucks. I emailed them with questions regarding two minor surgeries that I'm looking to get. I wanted to know what the price or approximate price would be for them, if they had availability in a certain part of the month, and if this surgeries could be done at the same time.
They responded that I would need to set up a consultation in order to get the answers I was looking for. Guess how much a consultation is? USD$150 or $3300 Pesos. Seriously? I explained to them that it wouldn't make sense for me to spend that kind of money when I may find out they don't have availability for appointments when I need it. How hard is it for a hospital to tell their patients when they have appointments available?

This place clearly just wants your money. I do not recommend.

I got food poisoning and was taken to this hospital. It is a great hospital and all the staff were really friendly. The only problem is that I kept asking how much I would be charged and they wouldn't tell me until I was about the leave the hospital. The bill wasn't cheap but it was ok. I just wish they would tell you the price before they do the treatment.

This is one of the top private hospitals in Mexico. It's a bit pricey for the locals, but if you are here as an American medical tourist, it's a bargain. I had a medical procedure done in here and it cost a fraction of what I would have paid in the US. Many of the doctors know English, so language shouldn't be much of an issue.

Might be pricy,,, still less than in the US.... They took good care of us...

Surely one if the fanciest i.e. expensive Hospitals in Mexico. Far into the south of the city, far away from downtown. If you have the money and are in the vicinity, sure go there.
