I love this Juarez location - it's perfectly positioned to explore a multitude of neighborhoods. The staff is helpful and friendly - the hotel is quiet and well staffed. I've stayed there before, and would gladly do so again!

We booked a two bedroom suite for a 3 day stay at the end of September 2021.

The room itself was beautiful and had two full bathrooms, one for each of the bedrooms.

The room has some issues, where there was lots of noise each morning from the upstairs restaurant as well as leaking bathroom issues which the hotel did not properly compensate for.

I would recommend looking elsewhere.

My partner and I recently stayed for 7 nights on our first visit to Mexico City. We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay! Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfasts were great - a variety of choices every day and they all were all delicious.
The staff is wonderful! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel porter is a gem! What a wonderful employee!!! His smiling face was always there to greet us, make recommendations, arrange a tour, and made us feel so at home.
On our next trip to Mexico City, we will certainly stay here!

After initially being assigned a smaller, interior-facing room, the front desk staff were able to move me to a much nicer suite with a balcony. I was very happy with the room, which was perfect for my stay in CDMX. All of the staff at the hotel were pleasant and friendly, and despite this being an older hotel that could do with a renovation, I definitely plan to return. Great value for money!

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. My overall experience was very positive. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and quiet. The free wifi and internet were accessible at all times. Although the restaurant was beautiful, they seemed to be short on staff, and the service there was a bit slow. However, when I notified the restaurant manager that I was pressed for time, she made sure that I was attended to properly. Also, the shorts I sent to the laundry had a broken zipper, but it was quickly repaired upon my notification to the hotel staff concerning this matter. Overall, I felt very satisfied with this hotel, which had the look and feel of a boutique hotel, rather than a typical corporate business place. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Mexico City in the future.

Considering it's in the heart of the city and near many attractions,it is located on a quiet street! Imagine that,in Mexico City! Even during the evening, quiet. For those who are challenged by steps, there are approximately 20 steps from street level to the front desk. I was greeted warmly by the 2 agents there and they recognized my status with IHG. Even if I did not have status there, I feel the greeting would still have been genuine. Every person I came in contact with was warm and cordial, whether it was the bellman, whose English was excellent,to the front desk, housekeeping and the restaurant-all top notch. The suite I had was spacious and well laid out. It included 2 sofas,an L-shaped desk with a great desk lamp,a coffee table and an individual chair. The balcony size was adequate. The room safe was standard fare-a nice touch. The shower and toilet were separate from the bathroom sink and both were well-lighted. No wait for plenty of hot water. I would say this property is verging on boutique style-given the size and amenities. There are plenty of places to eat a meal from dawn to midnight within short walking distance.2 convenience stores within a block. A microwave and coffee maker were in the suite also.
There is a taxi at the entrance 24 hours a day.
All in all,a propoerty I look forward to visiting again. Job well done.
