Excellent hotel. Ended there at 3 am after missing a connecting flight. Room was huge, had a very welcome coffee machine, 2 double beds and huge shower. Had a buffet lunch before leaving which was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Big and clean rooms. I had an okay stay and no complaints. The gym was modest. I had No complaints. I like the hotel's location as there are places to go to and things to do relatively near by. The area felt safe to me.

The hotel it self is very nice and has a classic look, but the reason why I'm giving it a 3 star review is because of all the trouble I have been having with there security systems. They have a security system that they give you a card to get into your room but it's also use for the elevator to go up and down. But, the thing is that these card aren't the best and don't work at times and it makes it frustrating because you can't go to the floors you wish to go. I have spent 5 minutes in an elevator trying to get to the floor I was wanting to go, and the stair also need the card to go up.

Awesome staff at the bar and restaurant. Front desk people needs improvement specially the younger ladies
Security was always on top of every detail and very prompt doing rounds every 2 hours all throughout the hotel this made the stay feel a whole lot more safe. Thank you guys!

This is my regular stop when visiting CDMX. No problems or complaints. However, the front desk people could be more friendly. They are nice, but being more empathetic than polite, would be very welcomed.

I was attending to ATPI meal wasnt surprised. Menu was good but not inclusive. Pretty standard meal, location wasnt what I expected for a group of corporates. If that's a meeting room, I cant imagine how the rooms are.

Lovely instance in Holiday Inn Mexico, the service is perfect, all the staff pay attention to all the details to give the best moments in the hotel. And the room, at least mine, was so comfortable, they make you feel like home.
