We loved our stay here! They go above and beyond in their customer service. I accidentally forgot my shoes and they worked with me to ship them to me ???? I think any other hotel would’ve not put in the effort. The rooms were also clean and beautiful just like the pictures. The hotel is walking distance to the center of town which is very convenient!

We stayed at H21 for 3 nights in mid-August this year. Pre-pandemic we have travelled quite a bit through a number of countries and always take time to try and choose a high standard of accommodation. As this was our first time in Mexico we were not entirely sure what to expect, however the staff at H21 delivered 5 star service and stunning accommodation ! Right from the time we booked communication was excellent right down to communications on the day to confirm our arrival time, everyone went above and beyond to offer recommendations whilst we were in residence and also assist with our onwards travel plans. The time and effort they have put into getting all the small details right to ensure that guests have a lovely stay is evident, we even had a stunning private fully furnished balcony off our room. We could not recommend H21 and all the staff highly enough and would not hesitate to return ! We only wish it was closer to home so that our next trip could be sooner !

My husband I had never been to Mexico City before, and we love that we found H21 to be our home base for the trip. The room (Lealtad / Loyalty) was beautiful, plenty of space, clean and comfortable. What made the hotel so nice was the staff - they were all wonderful and Claudia in particular took great care ensuring we were enjoying ourselves. We hope to be able to come back for another trip in the future! Or I would go back for a girls weekend and we could book multiple rooms! It is truly what I think of as a boutique hotel. Not many rooms but every space is beautifully done and the staff are stellar.

The neighborhood, Coyoacan, was beautiful - a bit of an oasis in a large metropolitan area, very walkable, nice parks very close by that were vibrant with people on the weekends, we enjoyed evenings sitting in the park or enjoying good food. It is south of centro but we were able to get an Uber whenever we wanted, Mexico City is a big city with a large population so always consider traffic for travel times.

This hotel is in an excellent location. We really enjoy our stay, the place is extremely clean and so pretty. Love the architecture and the little patio. I highly recommend the little hotel.

Amazing service, amazing room for very affordable price! We arrived and three people welcomed us and helped us to our room. The room is well build, beautifully designed, and they did not use any cheap items. Then the front desk gave us best recommendations for food and to do in the area! They also helped me booked our frida Kahlo museum tickets, and car Servcie to the airport. Everything was perfect! Highly recommended!

I simply don't have enough good things to say about this hidden gem of a hotel. My husband and I were visiting CDMX for the first time (Canadians living in Baja!) celebrating our first anniversary, and stayed in the Respect room. From the minute we arrived to the time we left, we were treated with such warmth u0026 kindness from the staff - they even suprised us with a personal note and delicous little cake coming back from an outing! On top of this, the space is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean...pictures are accurate, but even better in person. The Coyoacan neighborhood is vibrant and full of energy (along with delicious, authentic food / cool art). Would stay here again in a heartbeat, and we probably will! THANK YOU!

I had the most wonderful stay at H21 Boutique Hotel. It was more than I imagined and was the perfect way to experience Coyoacan in Mexico City to celebrate my birthday. Claudia organized a driver, the fabulous Rosio, to pick me up at the airport and I was warmly greated by Claudia and Patrick and shown my gorgeous room , Respeto, where a delicious chocolate birthday cake awaited! Such a beautiful and thoughtful treat. The bed was scrumptious. The room, very quiet. The deck a marvelous way to take coffee in the morning and relax in the evening. Natalie was always available to help with directions or organize a car.
I had the best experience and you will too.
Total bliss.
