Almost everything was excellent, I just do not agree with the charge for parking my car in the hotel, I think it should be an amenitie for the guests.

Great service, nice rooms and good food! But you might wanna bring your own pillows, just my opinion of course. Or there's a bed bath and beyond literally right next door if that sleep thing is as important to you as it is to me. These pillows are like over inflated air bags, but that's my only complaint and an easy one to fix really. I can't stress enough though how good the service is here. The people are really just exceptional. I will stay here again if I'm ever in Mexico City. Couldn't be happier.

Fiesta it was Exelent to the front desk Ladies they were all imprecionant and profetional and the buffet personnel especially Mr.David who attend us was outstanding service!!

Nice place, not really overpriced. Comfortable and somehow really elegant but modern. Everything works perfectly except the room service that never answer and their voicemail is full since years ago.

Staff is professional and friendly, meals are really great, plenty of amenities and more make this place the perfect hotel for all the pros roaming in this area of Mexico City.

Very hospitable staff! The omelette station is AWESOME! One of my teammates had their luggage lost by Delta and the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate her! Definitely will stay here again! I wish their pool was bigger though!

Good hotel, comfortable bed and pillows. There is a mall 3 min away with everything you might need and the breakfast is good. The only negative I experienced was the fitness center because the machines were in very bad state. if you are looking for a hotel with a good gym this is not the best option.
